THE FOUNDERS
Before founding Forge Compliance, Hardy gained over a decade of experience with a government agency, culminating in the Intelligence & Investigation Division, and worked at one of Singapore’s largest compliance consultancy firms. A sought-after speaker at AML events, he also participated in the Jesus College International Crime Symposium. Hardy is an accredited Private Investigator by the Singapore Police Force.
THE FOUNDERS
Hiromi is proficient in Japanese and English. Before founding Forge Compliance, she accumulated over 12 years of diverse experience across various roles in the financial industry, from front office to middle and back office. Hiromi gained expertise in providing practical guidance to improve management functions, including Compliance, Operations, and Administration. Also, she worked at one of Singapore’s largest compliance consultancy firms. Hiromi holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the National University of Singapore.
